Addie Lee Guinn

Addie Lee Guinn, 95, passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.Addie was born on July 11, 1925 in Runge, TX to Lucille and Theodore Little. She met the love of her life Edward Guinn while in Nursing School at Prairie View A & M. After they married, she and Dr. Guinn moved to various Universities in Colorado, Washington and eventually to The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr Guinn completed his medical residency on the East Coast before he and Addie moved Ft Worth to establish his practice.Addie loved gardening, antiquing, stamp and coin collecting. But mostly she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Addie was a wealth of information and experience. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.Addie is the widow of Dr. Edward William Guinn.Survivors: Children, Edward Guinn, Cathy Guinn, Leslie Guinn, Joseph Guinn and wife Maria, Chris Guinn and wife Leah, Clarissa Guinn, Jamie Guinn, and Terry Guinn and wife Barbara; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Alvarado.
