Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home.

Graveside Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to Planned Parenthood of Texas.

Christine was born October 31, 1950 in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Leonard Stanley Bates and Patricia Cowley Bates.

She is survived by her husband, Paul R. Schattman.
