Floyd Wayne Young

Floyd Wayne Young was born October 14, 1941 and passed September 19, 2024.

Floyd was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Chesteen, father, Grady Young, son, Kirk Wayne Young, sister, Joann Henson and brother, Hollace Young.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Bollin and son-in-law, Brad Bollin, ex-wife/friend, Brenda Guadian, Darla Bowman and her children, Amber, Alex, Abby, grandchildren, Anthony, Ashley, Aiden, Emily, Michael Young and Annabelle.  Floyd also had many other family members.

Floyd lived his life the way he wanted to.  He loved football, fishing, playing pool, socializing with friends and family and he especially loved watching the Texas Longhorns.  Floyd would always help others in need even when he did not have much himself.  He had a great sense of humor and was lots of fun to be around.  Floyd also enjoyed playing cards, but hated losing the game.

Floyd will be missed greatly, but will be remembered forever.
