Helen Ann Ward

Helen Ann Ward of Fort Worth, Texas left this world on October 17th, 2021 to live an eternal life with our Lord and Savior.She was born and raised in Pocahontas, Arkansas on October 1st, 1934. After marrying in 1955, she lived in Missouri, Georgia, and parts of Texas before settling in Fort Worth in 1970. She raised two beautiful children, Darrell Gene Ward, Jr. (wife Lana) of Rogers, AR and Angela Romel Murphy (husband Patrick) of Lakeside, TX. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren: Megan (Murphy) Peinado (husband Jonathan), Brooke Murphy, Alexa Ward, Audra (Ward) Forteza (husband Josh), Blake Ward (wife Corissa), and two great grandchildren, Jane and Kate Peinado.Mrs. Ward was very active in the St. Rita Catholic Church community through her employment, as a volunteer, and through numerous prayer groups and religious activities. She continued as a strong and steady presence with her church family throughout her retirement.She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Difani, and her brothers Bernard, Harold, and Louis Difani.
