Joseph James Guminski Jr.

Joseph James Guminski Jr., 81, passed away April 21, 2023.

A Requiem will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at St. Peter Antiochian Orthodox Church, 7601 Bellaire Drive South, Fort Worth.  A private graveside service was held at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to St. Peter Antiochian Orthodox Church, 7601 Bellaire Drive South, Fort Worth, Texas 76132.

Joseph was born August 2, 1941 in Fort Worth, the son of Joseph Jame sand Mary Winifred Rabyor Guminski, who preceded him in death.  He attended schools in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Christian University in 1964.  He served in the US Army in Vietnam and continued for over 20 years in the Reserve, from which he retired as a Lt. Col. in 1992.  He was a member of several military and naval organizations.

Survivors: brother, Robert Paul Guminski and wife, Linda Stoval Guminski; niece, Sarah Marie Guminski Bratton; nephew, David Andrew Guminski.
