Kathleen Joann Kasmirs Stojak

Kathleen Joann Kasmirs (Kathy) Stojak, 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 22, 2022.The daughter of Bernard and Bernice (Kluk) Kasmirs, she was born and raised on the North Side of Chicago and was a resident of Texas for the past 29 years. She was an avid Chicago sports fan, gardener, enjoyed reading and puzzles, but above all cherished her family.Kathy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Stojak Sr. (2012); loving granddaughter, Lauren Zmucki; her parents, Bernard and Bernice (Nee: Kluk) Kasmirs; and one brother, John Kasmirs.She is survived by her devoted children, Richard (Denise) Stojak Jr., Mary (Ken) Schneiter, Amy Stojak, Andrea (Tim) Zmucki, and Steven (Sarah) Stojak; grandchildren, Emilie (Jake) McLain, Nathaniel Stojak, Zachary Stojak, Olivia Stojak, Julia Zmucki, Brooke Zmucki, Sydney Stojak, Abigail Stojak and Ezekiel Stojak; sisters-in-law, Joanne Kasmirs, and Camille Clavio; and numerous other cherished family members and friends.
