Marilyn Louise Powell Zavoina

A woman devoted to her Catholic faith, family, and lifelong friends, Marilyn Louise (Powell) Zavoina, 91, was born to Angelo and Kelly Powell on March 2, 1930, in Krebs, Oklahoma, and died at home on Friday, December 3, 2021, in Fort Worth, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Joe Zavoina, her husband of 8 years, Larry Zavoina, and one son.Marilyn was a long-time member of St Pius X Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas. Her hobbies included camping, square dancing, and water aerobics. She was the proud mother of 7 children, 15 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. She is survived by numerous family members and friends.
