Marty Bishop, 67, died August 19, 2022.

Service: 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home.  Private Interment.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital ( www.stjude.org )

Martin Edward "Marty" Bishop was born June 12, 1955 in El Paso, Texas, the son of Robert Elmer Bishop and Elizabeth Jean Franko Bishop.

He was employed at Mark Mfg. while at Polytechnic High School and eventuallly was emplyed by Tandy (Radio Shack) for 35 years before he retired in 2017.  He was a an avid golfer, bowler and loved to play cards.  He was funny and was an all-around great guy.

He is survived by his siblings, Karen (Tom) Flowers, Don Bishop and Ken Bishop; niece, Elisha Flowers.
