Mary Dell Hargrove

Mary Dell Hargrove died peacefully on December 30, 2020.Mary Dell was born October 14, 1932 in Galveston, TX to parents Narcissa and Bertram Naschke from Lamark, Texas. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority and was the Research Assistant to the Chairman of Surgery in the Department of Surgery for UT Southwestern in Dallas in the 1960s.On December 6, 1968, she married the love of her life, William Odell Hargrove, MD, former Medical Director and Chair of Internal Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and The American Horticultural Society and Volunteered at Community Hospice.She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Dr. William Odell Hargrove.
