Natalie Gail (Elwood) Ellington of Glenn Heights, Texas passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Natalie was born to Jeff and Janice Elwood August 7, 1976 in Rolla, Missouri.  She graduated from Burleson High School in 1994 and from TCU with a BSN degree in 1999.  Natalie loved being a N.I.C.U. nurse for 10 years at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.  She enjoyed taking walks outside and spending time with her children.

Natalie married John Ellington in 1997.  They shared 27 years of marriage and were blessed with two children.

Natalie is survived by her husband John and two children, daughter Alexxy and her friend Anthony and son Austin both of Glenn Heights, Texas.  She is also survived by her parents Jeff and Janice Elwood of Crowley, Texas and sisters Melissa Wilmarth and husband Chad of Burleson, Texas and Andrea Hollingshead and husband Kyle of Dripping Springs, Texas, as well as three nephews, Gage Wilmarth and wife Kacey of Cleburne, Texas, Cole Wilmarth and wife Kate of Itasca, Texas, Quin Hollingshead of Dripping Springs, Texas and one great-niece Raegan Wilmarth.  She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Natalie was preceded in death by her grandparents Gilbert and Arline Elwood and Ray and Virginia White and nephew Joshua Hollingshead.

Celebration of Life: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Thompson's Harveson & Cole, 4350 River Oaks Blvd., Fort Worth with a reception following.
