William Patrick Ryan

William Patrick Ryan, 78, passed away December 10, 2020 at his home in Arlington.He was born July 13, 1942 at All Saints Hospital, Fort Worth, the son of Willie E. and Margie Cargile Ryan and served in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1963. He built a milling machine and started his own business, Ryan Manufacturing. After selling his business, he worked as a machinist and went on to become a metallurgist, chemist and salesman in the aviation industry. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.He was preceded in death by parents, and his grandson, Jef Fields.Survivors: Wife, Jodi Lee Ryan; children, William Ryan Jr., Beth Smith, and Tracey Hersker; step-children, Tammy Flores, Angela Logan, and Laurianna Callaghan; sisters, Sue Craig and Mary Kimbrell; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.
